Can a user cancel their order on Haarohakki.com?
Yes. You can cancel the order as long as the status reflects packed/shipped, as long as the cancellation option is available on the website. Once the order is canceled, the entire amount of the order is refunded to you.
How does one cancel their order?
Login to your account on Haarohakki.com. Click on “My Orders” in the Main Menu of the website and then select the item or order you wish to cancel.
My order has been cancelled. How long will it take to receive my refund?
If cash on delivery is your selected payment option, there is no amount to be refunded, as you have not paid for your order. Where payments have been made via UPI/Credit/Debit card or Net Banking, you will receive the refund within working days from the time of the order cancellation.
Terms of Cancellation
- Once you have successfully placed your order on the application you will receive a unique tracking identity number. This tracking identity number will allow you to track the status of your order.
- When the user decides to cancel the purchase, it should be done within 12 hours from the time of placing your order, beyond which Haarohakki.com will not accept your cancellation request. You can do so by referring to the unique tracking identity number received by you and request for cancellation by sending an email to _
- All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the user’s bank.
- Haarohakki.com does not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.
