In addition to the above, preparation time is added for certain rare items like Holige. We share a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Yes! We only ship food products that are:

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a real-time tracking link.

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food products unless they are:

  • Damaged
  • Expired upon arrival
  • Wrong item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for resolution

We take extra care with packaging, but if your item arrives broken or damaged, simply contact us with photos and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

In most cases, items are cleared without issues. However, in the unlikely event of customs fees, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility. We try to minimize this with compliant packaging and labeling.

  • UPI/India-Netbanking in INR
  • All that Razorpay supports

All payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways. It is suggested to use Razorpay INR payments to save on currency conversion fees of 3-5%.

You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placement or before you get a message on whatsapp to your number about the purchase start. Once it’s processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
