Where are your products sourced from?
All items are sourced directly from Karnataka, either from our local famous vendors or directly from artisan partners and food suppliers.
Rarely, when there is a supply shortage, or due to time constraints, do we go to our neighboring state.
How long does delivery take to the USA/Canada?
- USA: 5-6 business days (including shopping assistance, packaging included)
- Canada: 6-7 business days (including shopping assistance, packaging included)
In addition to the above, preparation time is added for certain rare items like Holige. We share a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Are your food items safe for international shipping?
Yes! We only ship food products that are:
- Properly sealed and packaged
- Have a long shelf life at room temperature
Are your crafts handmade and authentic?
Absolutely! Each craft product is handcrafted by skilled artisans across India, using traditional techniques passed down for generations. We work directly with artisans collectives to ensure authenticity and fair trade.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a real-time tracking link.
Can food items be returned or exchanged?
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food products unless they are:
- Damaged
- Expired upon arrival
- Wrong item delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for resolution
What if my craft item is damaged in transit?
We take extra care with packaging, but if your item arrives broken or damaged, simply contact us with photos and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Are there any customs or import duties for food or handicrafts?
In most cases, items are cleared without issues. However, in the unlikely event of customs fees, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility. We try to minimize this with compliant packaging and labeling.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- PayPal for USD payments
- UPI/India-Netbanking in INR
- All that Razorpay supports
All payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways. It is suggested to use Razorpay INR payments to save on currency conversion fees of 3-5%.
Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placement or before you get a message on whatsapp to your number about the purchase start. Once it’s processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
