At Haarohakki.com (“Website”), we strive to provide high-quality Products and excellent customer service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations for both food and non-food Products(“Products”) purchased from our Website by the Buyer (“Buyer” “You” “Your”). By making a purchase, You agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
- RETURN POLICY
Non-Food Products:
- Non-food Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- The cost of return shipping for non-food items is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Food Products:
- Due to health and safety regulations, food Products are not returnable once delivered.
- You may cancel orders for food items within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for food items.
- REFUND POLICY
Non-Food Products:
- Once we receive Your returned item, we will inspect it and notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in India) from the date of approval. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and Haarohakki shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Please note the following:
- Received damaged goods during transit: Unpacking Video Required;
- Received product is different from the ordered product: Unpacking Video Required;
- Received product has a manufacturing defect: Unpacking Video Required;
- Product will not be returned if tag on the product is lost or if the invoice is lost.
- Return requests for Non-Food Products must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
- For a successful refund/replacement, please preserve the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging. Before giving a refund or replacement, we may contact You to determine the product’s damage or defect. If the product of Your choice is unavailable in Your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to You.
Food Products:
No refunds will be issued for food Products once they have been delivered, except in cases of damaged or defective Products. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with videographic evidence of the issue.

- Fill in the appropriate detail such as email, phone number, net banking/ bank/cancelled cheque/UPI details.
- Your return request may need to go through a verification process depending on the type of product You want to return;
- Refund will be initiated and processed within 7 working days of product reaching the seller;
- Your request will be fulfilled according to the Haarohakki’s returns/replacement guarantee.
- Can I return the product to the delivery person if I did not like it?
You can establish a Return on the Website. Our courier partners have been told not to accept a package as a return while making a package delivery to avoid any confusion or delays.
